Found this company on the internet when searching for local service failed. Great news...their service was FANTASTIC. Great communication throughout. Our 9290 cutter came back better than new. Given the cost of this equipment, refurbishing is completely worthwhile. I highly recommend.

You can teach an old dog new tricks. You were right on the money on both problems. Adjusted the Eye bolt and a little free play took care of air leak.

Loosened the pivot bolt and the jaw opens and closes nicely. Thanks.  Have a good weekend.

They have been servicing our cutters in a prompt and efficient manner. We use 2 cutters daily with a 3rd one cutting sometimes. So, we have a need for someone to help keep our cutters operating and they have taken care of that for us.
