You can teach an old dog new tricks. You were right on the money on both problems. 

Adjusted the Eye bolt and and a little free play took care of air leak.

Loosened the pivot bolt and the jaw opens and closes nicely.

They have been servicing our cutters in a prompt and efficient manor. We use 2 cutters daily with a 3rd one cutting sometimes. So, we have a need for someone to help keep our cutters operating and they have taken care of that for us.
